All content, indicators, chart tools, courses, mentorship, community discussions, videos, written materials, and resources provided by Northern Algo are for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing provided by Northern Algo constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument.

Northern Algo is not a registered investment advisor, broker, portfolio manager, dealer, or financial planner in any jurisdiction.

Northern Algo may offer products and services including, but not limited to:

• TradingView indicators and chart tools (including Small Caps BSE and Small Caps SBE) • Subscription-based digital products • Educational courses and training materials • Mentorship and coaching services • Discord or community access • Website content, videos, and downloadable resources • Future products or services introduced from time to time

We reserve the right to modify, update, replace, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time.

Certain products may be sold on a recurring subscription basis.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until cancelled.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle • Pricing may change with reasonable notice • Failed or reversed payments may result in suspension or termination of access • Cancellation stops future renewals only • Previously processed charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law

To avoid renewal charges, cancellations should be completed before your next billing date. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and account information.

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate delivery of proprietary materials, subscriptions, courses, tools, and digital access are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

If a refund exception is granted, it does not create an ongoing obligation to provide future refunds in similar circumstances.

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in suspension or permanent restriction of access.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk and are not suitable for everyone.

You acknowledge that:

• Losses may exceed expectations • Leveraged products can significantly increase risk • Markets can move rapidly and unpredictably • You may lose some or all of your capital • You should only trade with capital you can genuinely afford to lose

Any examples, case studies, educational scenarios, or hypothetical results are illustrative only and may not reflect live market conditions, slippage, liquidity constraints, commissions, emotional decision-making, or execution delays.

Northern Algo makes no representation or guarantee that users of its programs, courses, mentorship programs, or community resources will achieve any particular financial outcome. Individual results will vary based on market conditions, personal discipline, risk management, experience level, and other factors outside of Northern Algo's control.

Northern Algo does not manage money or place trades on your behalf.

They are not guaranteed trade recommendations, automated advice, or promises of performance.

All decisions made using these tools remain entirely your responsibility.

We make no warranty regarding:

• Profitability • Uninterrupted availability • Compatibility with third-party platforms • Error-free operation • Suitability for any particular purpose

Purchase of a subscription grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the product. No ownership rights in the software, logic, or code are transferred.

Courses, mentorship, coaching, and educational materials are intended to support learning, skill development, and market understanding. They do not constitute personalized financial advice, fiduciary services, or guarantees of results.

Users remain solely responsible for all market decisions and actions. Always seek independent professional advice from a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Where community access is provided, members must behave respectfully and lawfully.

We may suspend or revoke access for reasons including:

• Harassment, abuse, threats, or hate speech • Spam or solicitation • Sharing paid content without permission • Account sharing • Fraudulent chargebacks • Impersonation • Disruptive or harmful conduct • Attempts to damage the community environment

Removal from a community does not automatically entitle a refund.

All Northern Algo content is protected intellectual property, including but not limited to:

• Indicator logic, Pine Script structure, methods, and code • Course materials and frameworks • Branding, names, and logos • Written materials • Graphics, videos, and downloads

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, resell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, share, or exploit any proprietary material without prior written permission.

Our services may rely on third-party platforms including TradingView, Discord, payment processors, hosting providers, email services, analytics tools, or social media platforms.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, suspensions, access interruptions, technical failures, or decisions made by third-party providers.

Your use of third-party platforms may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

Any testimonials, reviews, screenshots, trade examples, or success stories displayed by Northern Algo are individual experiences and are not guarantees of future performance or typical results.

Results vary significantly based on experience, discipline, market conditions, psychology, and many other factors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northern Algo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our products or services.

This includes, without limitation:

• Trading or investment losses • Missed opportunities • Service interruptions • Data loss • Subscription disputes • Reliance on educational content • Platform downtime

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we reasonably believe there has been:

• Breach of these Terms • Misuse of products • Unauthorized sharing • Abusive conduct • Fraud or payment abuse • Infringement of intellectual property rights

Use of our services may involve collection of personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details regarding data collection, storage, processing, and your rights.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes shall be subject to the appropriate courts located in Alberta, Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions become effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our products or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Northern Algo is an Alberta-based business. Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) may be charged on purchases depending on your province of residence and the nature of the product or service.

For customers located outside of Canada, you are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees in your own jurisdiction.

Northern Traders complies with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requirements for digital services and subscription products.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our products or services, we encourage you to first contact us directly at info@northernalgo.com to seek an informal resolution.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within 30 days of receiving written notice.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Alberta, Canada, in accordance with Section 18 of these Terms.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
